Today I learned that a fat geek trying to exercise on a hardwood floor above a basement sounds like the Death Star exploding. I also learned that my knees hate me. May have to take Neila's advice for working out with bad knees until I shed at least some of the weight which is 238. First goal is the get down to 220, keep that 18 pounds off then work towards getting down to 200. I was shocked at how easy it was to drag myself out of bed early to even do this. We'll see how tomorrow goes.
